9 Seconds Makes THE Difference

Aaron in front of house & cars

Nine seconds.

That’s the difference between the time displayed on my watch and the clock at the gym.

When I ride for 30 minutes every day on a recumbant bike, I have a choice to make.

Do I ride until my watch says I’m done, or do I ride until the clock tells me so?

It’s only nine seconds.

But it makes all the difference.

Because how you do anything is how you do everything.

Stop short because it’s easier and you’ve just bought your own excuse.

But go the distance when you don’t think you can, is NOT what makes a difference, but THE difference.

Remember, there is never a traffic jam when you go the extra mile.
